Swansea Storm Basketball Club are urgently looking for Sponsors for the 2011/12 Season. We are looking for business and companies in Swansea who are interested in partnering us and sharing our ambition to develop and promote basketball in the City of Swansea. We currently operate teams at U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, and Senior Mens level. We are the only basketball team operating in the Swansea Region. Swansea Storm Sign All American - Greg Hernandez
Swansea Storm Basketball Club are pleased to announce the signing of 6'6" American Centre Greg Hernandez for the new 2011/12 Welsh League Basketball season.
23 year old Greg who comes from Miami, Florida played NCAA basketball for Maryville College, Tennessee. During his time at college Greg was their standout player, averaging 19.6 points per game and 9.6 rebounds per game, whilst shooting 60% from the field and 79% from the free throw line in his last season.
During his Maryville career, Greg acquired numerous accolades, the highest of which was being named as an All American Player for his division for two consecutive seasons in 2009 and 2010.
